FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need CrossFit experience?
Not at all! Our coaches scale every workout to your fitness level. Whether you've never picked up a barbell or you're a seasoned athlete, we'll meet you where you are.
What if I'm not fit enough?
CrossFit is for everyone. Our members range from complete beginners to competitive athletes. The workout is the same — the weights and movements are adjusted to YOU.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (cross-trainers work great), a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all the equipment.
How long is a class?
One hour. We start with a group warm-up, move into skill or strength work, then hit the workout of the day (WOD), and finish with a cool-down.
What happens after my free class?
No pressure! If you loved it, we'll walk you through our membership options. If you want to think about it, that's totally fine too.
